POsition Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about developing game-changing solutions for end users in mission critical situations. In this role, you will be developing products that will help protect our nation’s most elite Special Operations teams, critical infrastructure, and most valuable organizations from nefarious drone threats. To do this, we’ve assembled a group of world-class business/strategy, product design, technology, engineering, and data science professionals with deep knowledge and experience in counter drone solutions to work alongside you in tackling one of the country’s greatest emerging threats.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work alongside customers to develop and bring to market new features and capabilities at unprecedented speed

  • Coordinate, organize, prioritize, and lead product development activities across hardware and software platforms

  • Define, design, document and decide on new product requirements

  • Ensure that the end user experience of any product, feature, or service launched is relentlessly tested for ease of use, intuitive navigation, and 100% reliability

  • Develop strong relationships to bridge business, technical, and design teams

You Should Have

  • Strong desire to co-locate with the multidisciplinary team in San Diego, CA

  • Experience in software and hardware product development with a track record of taking products from concept through scaled deployment

  • Strong technical background with passion for design, user research, and customer support

  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, and strategists

  • Demonstrated success breaking down problems into addressable component parts in order to achieve a goal

  • Experience creating and delivering compelling user journeys and presentations to executives

To do this, we’ve assembled a group of world-class business/strategy, product design, technology, engineering, and data science professionals with deep knowledge and experience in counter drone solutions to work alongside you in tackling one of the country’s greatest emerging threats.

  • Work alongside customers to develop and bring to market new features and capabilities at unprecedented speed

  • Coordinate, organize, prioritize, and self-manage product design activities across software platforms and marketing collateral

  • Help define, design, document and decide on new product and service requirements

  • Ensure that the end user experience of any product, feature, or service launched is relentlessly tested for ease of use, intuitive navigation, and 100% reliability

  • Rapid prototyping of product and marketing concepts to help accelerate decisions towards a given direction

You Should Have

  • Strong desire to co-locate with the multidisciplinary team in San Diego, CA

  • Proven ability to execute on interaction and visual design using industry-standard design tools

  • Passion for visual storytelling through creation of eye-grabbing marketing collateral

  • Demonstrated success breaking down problems into addressable component parts in order to achieve a goal

  • Experience creating and delivering compelling user journeys and presentations to executives

Ideally you will have

  • Familiarity with front-end software technologies to produce realistic designs

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
