As the social marketing lead, you will promote our award winning creative agencies on social media to capture and convert new customers.
Own the social marketing strategy, delivery, and financial outcomes
Post organic and paid advertising on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok
Define customer funnels, performance metrics, and channel attribution strategies
Report on organic and paid media effectiveness
Run A/B experiments
Manage a small media and production budget
Passion for design, storytelling, and innovation

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient with media monitoring tools (Meltwater), and email tools (Mailchimp, Marketo)
Bachelor's degree and relevant experience (4+ years) in marketing, communications, or related field
Experience in fashion, entertainment, technology, or other relevant industries
Work effectively and independently in a fast paced and changing environment
Tech-savvy and can navigate new software tools effectively
Experience creating content and managing 3rd party vendors
