Social Media Lead

As the social marketing lead, you will promote our award winning creative agencies on social media to capture and convert new customers.

You’re excited to…

  • Own the social marketing strategy, delivery, and financial outcomes

  • Post organic and paid advertising on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok

  • Define customer funnels, performance metrics, and channel attribution strategies 

  • Report on organic and paid media effectiveness

  • Run A/B experiments

  • Manage a small media and production budget

What you bring to the table

  • Passion for design, storytelling, and innovation

  • Curious, collaborative, and coachable

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Great listener and researcher

  • Inclusive, creative, and influential

  • Organized, efficient, and data informed

  • Proficient with media monitoring tools (Meltwater), and email tools (Mailchimp, Marketo)

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant experience (4+ years) in marketing, communications, or related field

As part of the growth and partnerships team, you will help connect our award winning creative agencies with the most ambitious brands like Apple, Nike, and Google.

You’re excited to...

  • Discover new brand and client relationships

  • Connect with new clients on LinkedIn, Clubhouse, and Twitter

  • Secure client meetings and refine sales messages with founder (Jake Neske) and SVP (Gully Flowers)

  • Manage customer relationship data in Copper and G Suite

  • Plan client sales trips, coordinate events, and in person meetings after COVID-19

What you bring to the table
