Lead Account Executive

We’re looking for a lead account executive to own Pave’s sales and customer relationship management with marketers at Fortune 1000 customers.

Role

  • Research, write, and deploy personalized sales strategies that converts prospects to leads to customers

  • Meet engagement quotas that deliver measurable customer results, actions, and insights

  • Manage pipeline deliverables, reporting, and nudge customer progress

  • Deliver capabilities presentations, lunch n' learns, attend events, write customer and project briefs, statement of works, and procurement deliverables

  • Grow existing customer revenue, and buyer footprint

  • Manage progress, closing, and forecasting <$100k deals autonomously

Requirements

  • 7+ years of measurable sales impact

  • Network of accredited buyers in Fortune 1000 marketing, IT departments, and c-suites

  • A fast learner with a growth mindset, adaptability, resilience, integrity, and ownership

  • Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and technologies like AI and no-code

  • Advanced user of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Airtable, Notion, and Slack

  • US resident with citizenship, or a work visa

  • Remote US hours
